Ingredients

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup monk fruit sweetener, or any similar substitutes
  • 1 cup erythritol, or sugar substitute of your choice, preferably Splenda
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  6. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop the cookie dough using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place them on your baking sheet 2 inches apart from each other.
  8. Bake your cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool them on your baking sheet for 10 minutes then move to a wire rack and cool for another 10 minutes. After cooling, your cookies are ready for snacking!
