Hallo! Meine Mitbewohnerin wird für zwei Monate nach Deutschland gehen und wir vermieten ihr Zimmer in unserer chilligen 2er WG. LGBTQIA + internationals willkommen <3
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden! Eine Gehminute von der Wohnung weg fährt die U6 ( Gumpendorferstraße ). In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Westbahnhof, der Mariahilferstraße, der U3 oder der U4.
Direkt vor dem Haus fährt der Bus 59A, mit dem man in zehn Minuten am Ring ist.
Das Schloss Schönbrunn und der wunderbare Auer-Welsbachpark erreicht man in 15 Min zu Fuß.
Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Spar. Andere Supermärkte wie Hofer, Lidl und Penny sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohnerin für 2 Monate bin ich ( Massi ) :
Hallo! Ich bin Massi, 29 und arbeite selbstständig. Manchmal bin ich beruflich spontan für ein paar Tage in Deutschland/im Ausland, sonst bin ich in Wien. Wenn du einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zum Leben und Arbeiten suchst, bist du hier richtig. Du kannst dich in der ganzen Wohnung wie zu Hause fühlen und dein Ding durchziehen. Mir ist es aber sehr wichtig, dass wir uns an den wöchentlichen Putzplan halten ( einmal Küche oder Bad, ganz easy, normales WG Zeug :)
Ich bin arbeitstechnisch sehr beschäftigt deswegen habe ich nicht viel Zeit/Kapazität für geselliges WG Leben. Aber ich freue mich wenn du dich hier wohl fühlst.

The apartment couldn't be connected better! The U6 (Gumpendorferstraße) is a one-minute walk from the apartment.
In ten minutes you can walk to Westbahnhof, Mariahilferstraße, U3 or U4.
The bus 59A sstops right in front of the house - it'll get you to the Ring in 10 min.
Schönbrunn Palace as well as the wonderful Auer-Welsbachpark can be reached by foot in minutes.
There is a Spar right next to the flat. Other supermarkets such as Hofer, Lidl and Penny can be reached by foot in 5 minutes.

Hey! My name is Massi, I am 29 and I'm a freelancer. From time to time I might spontaneously go to germany/go abroad for work, most of the time I'll be in vienna though. If you are looking for a chill place to live and work, this place is for you. Feel free to make yourself at home here and do whatever you like. It's important for me that we stick to the weekly cleaning schedule ( kitchen or bathroom once a week, very easy, normal WG stuff :) )
