Why is the TV guide not working? ›

If you're having problems with the TV Guide, it could mean your device isn't receiving the correct signals needed to populate it. This could be due to: Channel availability in your area. Planned works taking place in your area.

Overview. A "No Signal", "No Source", or "No Input" message will appear on your TV screen if the TV is not receiving a signal from your TV box. This is often a result of either the TV box being powered off, not being properly connected to the TV, or the TV being set to the wrong input.

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your smart TV is connected to the internet and has a stable connection. A reliable internet connection is necessary for accessing up-to-date program guide data. Update Software/Firmware: Make sure your smart TV's software or firmware is up to date.

Try connecting your cable box to a different port on your TV, and then use your remote to select the matching input for that port. Perform a power reset of your TV, and then make sure the correct input is selected on your TV. Check the cable coming into your home (building) that connects to your cable box.
