There are many reasons to love potatoes. They are cheap, available year-round, and can be found in nearly any grocery store. Potatoes are versatile with so many ways to prepare them, and this list of 30 amazing Vegan Potato Recipes contains some of my favorite potato recipes ever!

In my opinion, potatoes should be a nutritional food group all their own. I love them just about any way they can be made–boiled, baked, steamed, grilled, mashed, air fried, sauteed, and any other way you can think of.

One of my favorite kitchen appliances for cooking potatoes is my air fryer because it makes cooking so easy and completely oil-free.
